Week Four

Four weeks continues to be my absolute favorite age. The always adorable, traditional sign pictures. The wobbly little legs as they learn to walk. Their excitement and curiosity about everything around them. Their growing interest in people. And those tiny personalities just beginning to bloom. This truly is the sweet spot for me.
This week, the pups were upgraded to the bigger whelping box, but they have proven to be a determined little pack. The transition to the puppy pen will be coming sooner than expected, as they are all very close to figuring out how to make a great escape.
They are learning how to play, how to communicate with the cutest little barks, and how to wag their tails. Mom is beginning to leave for longer stretches of time, which is always our sign that puppy food will be introduced very soon.
