Princess Peach is growing so fast! Time got away from me last week, and looking at photos from now compared to just two weeks ago is a little shocking. They really don’t stay little long enough.


She loves the thrill of running in and out of the doggy door, the front window provides endless entertainment, and she is always happy to run around outside or cuddle up in someone’s lap.


She is living her best life right now, soaking up all the extra attention, extra cuddles, and probably a few extra treats too.


There’s something a little bittersweet about this stage. It’s quieter and slower, and you really get to see their personality shine in a different way. Peach is just happy. Happy to be with people, happy to play, happy to snuggle… just a really sweet, joyful little girl.


We’re soaking up this extra time with her while we can. The days will go by fast, they always do...

Princess Peach was born to stop and smell (and taste!) the flowers! The dandelions are in full bloom right now, and this sweet girl is completely obsessed with them. Every few steps she has to stop, investigate, and every now and then, take a little nibble, just in case the taste has improved since the last time she tried them! Ha! Ha!

Princess Peach is 11 weeks old!
She has mastered the doggy door, can sniff out any stray kibble that might have been missed by a littermate, and absolutely loves to chase anything that moves… a ball, a human, a sibling…
While she can certainly play hard, she settles quickly and easily when playtime is over. She is definitely a lap baby.

Miss Three has consistently been our most outgoing girl. She happily greets anyone who walks into the room and jumps right into play with her littermates. She has a natural confidence in social settings and truly enjoys being part of whatever is happening.
But what makes her extra special is her balance.
After playtime winds down, she is just as content to snuggle into someone’s chest and drift into a cozy nap. She truly feels like the perfect little blend of playful energy and peaceful cuddles.

Miss Three doesn’t want to watch life happen. She wants to be in it  with you. 

​Miss Three has spent her entire seven weeks of life enduring weekly photo shoots, and not once has she enjoyed them. She loves attention, is eager to be held, and is always happy to play or cuddle, but she definitely does not want to be set down alone in a random, boring spot while the humans walk away. We had to be quick with the camera this week because she was back at my feet before the flash even had a chance to go off.

Miss Three was not a fan of the snow. Even though outdoor temperatures reached 50 today, she wanted no part of letting her paws touch that cold, wet slush on the ground. She was quite the little diva… and honestly, I can’t say I blame her. Warm summer lakes beat wet, snowy winters in my book too!
