That first picture where you can see his smile and blue eyes... Melts. My. Heart. We actually got this pic organically of Zero getting belly rubs before pictures and then tried to recreate it with the rest of the litter! We were obsessed!
He was excited to be out and about today! He was not interested in posing in the outdoor shower. Ha! Ha! So, we didn't push it, but planning to send a video once it dries out to make up for it! :) The kids said "Mom! It looks like a furball is stuck in the tree!" Ha! Ha!
This whole litter is pretty chunky, but he might be the chunkiest little monkey of them all. They are at a hard age to weigh, because they can hop off my little scale so fast, but we may have to give it a try! Zero was so funny during the entire photoshoot today. Have you ever put a toddler into a car seat against their will? They stretch out and arch their back and suddenly become twice their normal size... that was what it was like putting zero in the tree! He didn't make a fuss and sat beautifully for the two seconds he was there, but he tried his best to spread out all four legs so he couldn't fit! (He has done this before when he isn't ready to bed set down!) It was so funny! After the tree, he really just wanted to play with Kambrie. She is known as the dog whisper in my house and she swears she has a special connection with him! Zero is the sweetest boy! He is already giving puppy kisses, loves to be loved on and carried, and is a gentle observer! It's so fun watching this little guy take in the world around him!
Mr. Zero was the first pup with his eyes open this week. Right when we thought he couldn't get any cuter, those pretty blue eyes opened up!
Mister 4 was our last puppy born and is currently the biggest, weighing in at exactly two pounds after being born at 14.5. He has white paws and small white markings on his chest.
