This big boy is heading home Sunday! We are so excited for him and his family, and taking advantage of all the play sessions we can while he still with us! Which is easy to do, because he LOVES people! He his a heavy napper, but when he is up-he wants to be where the humans are.
We are continuing to work on house and crate training! He is doing pretty good about whining when he needs to go outside, and getting him to sleep longer stretches at night without needing a bathroom break. He loves toys of all kinds, chews, and meal time! Champ is already one spoiled pup! His naturally playful nature has made him one of my girls' favorite puppies, so he gets lots and lots of love and attention.
We started potty training this week and he is doing so well! He goes immediately after being taken out and loves the shower of praise he receives afterwards. He is so smart, I have a feeling he will be a very fast learner with any challenge is presented with! Next week will start the process of crate training so he will be prepared for his journey home in just a few short weeks! He is such a loveable little guy, we are so excited for his new family to meet him. Champ is growing fast and doing great! We started "puppy mush" this week and he is a big fan of dog food! Although, that still doesn't stop him from attacking Livie for a snack anytime she is in sniffing distance from him. He is such a sweet, playful boy and loves to be the center of attention!
This sweet boy was found by his forever family this week and has been named Champion! Champion seems to be a pretty easy going boy! His tail is always wagging, he loves to play and he loves attention and people. He is always one of the first pups to greet us and can sniff his mama out from across the room. He really likes to use his voice and tell us, his mama, and his littermates what is going on.
Boy oh boy, this little guy is growing fast! He is the second biggest pup in the litter, weighing in at exactly 3 pounds! He is always the first to hit any milestone. He was our first really good crawler and the first one to find his voice! He is a pretty vocal boy right now, and is having a lot of fun barking at and playing with his litter mates. He is so easy going. He wasn't the least bit bothered with me moving him around to take pictures. We'll be watching closely for little personality quirks from this point on and will update on personality progression weekly!
Christmas day will mark 3 beautiful weeks of life for this sweet boy! In honor of the holiday and everyones eyes opening all the way up, we decided to do a little photoshoot by the Christmas tree. Also, he is reacting to sounds, meaning those little ears can finally hear us,
Two weeks went by so fast! There have already been so many changes in the last fourteen days. Eyes are begining to open, the puppy scoot is turning into a mastered crawl with belly off the ground, and his little pink nose is turning black. He is steadily gaining weight and growing every day. He is a big boy and always knows when mama is near and finds her very quickly! He is definitely her cuddler. We are looking forward to eyes fully opening so they can see and ears opening so they can hear! That's when the fun and play time begins!
