This little love bug is 9 weeks old! She is sleeping through the night, has potty training almost down, and is always up for a game of play! This little lady has most definitely stolen our hearts!
With some of the litter mates already beginning to make their journeys home, it is becoming more real that our time with Ledi is coming to an end soon too! Just 3 weeks left with this energetic, ball of love, fun, and cuddles! She is her mama's twin, both physically and personality wise! She is going to bring a lot of excitement and fun to her new family.
Miss Ledi (or Ledi Spaghetti as my girls have lovingly nicknamed her) had no chill today when I was attempting to get her pictures! She was so excited to have the one on one time in the yard, that she took full advantage of it! She located all the toys, climbed and pounced over all the obstacles (baby toys) and ran her little heart out! Ledi loves life and her energy and enthusiasm is so fun to witness!
Little Ledi is definitely our athlete! She loves to run and play! On our first trip outside, many puppies were rolling down the hill and getting lost in the yard, but Ledi was running and pouncing like a pro! She remains one of our most fun loving and active girls.
We started house training this week and she is off to a really solid start. It's a team effort right now. We watch for her signs that she may need to go, take her outside, and she takes over from there! As we continue to do this, she will begin to hold it longer and make her potty cues more obvious! She loves the attention and praise that she receives from going outside, so I know she will catch on fast! In the next few days we will begin the process of crate training! These are all big signs that her time with us is coming to an end and she will be ready meet her forever family soon! It's a bittersweet feeling for us, but we will definitely savor these next few weeks. We are so excited for her new family to get their hands on her! I'm positive they will adore her just as much as we do! Miss Ledi is doing so good! She is a happy-go-lucky kind of girl who just wants to play and be loved on! Her energy is so contagious, anytime she is out and about, you just can't help but get down on her level and join her in a game of play! She got her first taste of puppy mush this week and gobbled it up! She is growing so fast and get cuter every week!
She has a name!! Puppy 4 is officially Miss Ledi! We are so excited to have a name for this sweet girl and couldn't have come up with a better one ourselves! Ledi is so sweet, playful, and social! We never see her by herself. She is always cuddled up or playing with someone! She loves to be held and loved on. She had no interest in the toys in the puppy pen yet and seemed a little overwhelmed at first by all the openness of the puppy play pen, but once she warmed up, she was quick to instigate a game of play with a littermate. She is one of our most playful pups, which makes her so much fun to interact with.
It's been a big week for Miss 4! She is crawling, barking, playing and the most exciting change of all... she was found by her forever family! She is weighing in at just over two pounds and loves to play and cuddle. I had a hard time taking pictures of her today because all she wanted to do was snuggle up in my lap. So, we snapped a few shots real quick, and I took advantage of some puppy cuddles!
