Just two more days until our favorite princess heads home! She had a great week! The weather has been great, so we took full advantage of it. Spent a lot of time playing outside, really cracking down on the house training, and running and exploring all she wanted!

She is sweet and feisty. She loves when people get down to her level to play, is always giving out kisses, and can be pretty vocal when she wants something! We can't wait for her forever to experience those sweet puppy kisses and look forward to hearing about all the adventures they are sure to have together!

Miss Dottie is certainly holding her own with this litter full of brothers! We went to the vet this week and she weighed in at 7.7 pounds, which tied her for second biggest pup in the litter. The vet said she is doing great; sweet, healthy, and absolutely adorable... what more could you ask for! 

She is sleeping through the night, starting to give us some clear cues that she needs to go potty, and loves playing with people! Her favorite thing to do is play chase and to tackle us when we are on the ground. Her tail is always wagging and she is just an all around, happy go lucky, kind of girl!

Sweet Dottie is 6 weeks old! Time is flying by. We started the very basics of house training Thursday and we are off to a good start! Dottie loves the praise she gets when going outside and seems very eager to please. So, I'm confident she will pick up on it fast! On Monday, we plan to start tackling crate training! Both of these milestones are big signs that their time with us is quickly coming to an end. 

I can't believe this little lady will be ready to head home in just 3 short weeks! She is such a sweet, fun, playful little girl. From very early on, she has been the most interested in people. She is always the first pup to greet us when we walk by, she is the most gentle when playing, and does not like when her brothers start to play too rough! Little teeth are starting to emerge, which means puppy food will be started in the near future. We can't wait to see what they all think about that!

The beautiful spring weather we had today was too good to pass up! So I took the pups outside for the first time, and decided to have our weekly photo shoot a day early! Miss 2 was a brave explorer. She is a curious little girl and instantly wanted to take a look around. (Which is why she has a few less pictures than the rest of the gang, she was not interested in holding still today!)

Our princess is another week older! Eyes are open, those little legs are strong, and she is navigating her way around the whelping box with ease. We upgraded everyone from the small pool to the larger one, and the whole litter adjusted with ease! Everyone is learning to use their voices, so we are occasionally greeted with little barks and growls are that we find exceptionally endearing. We are looking forward to ears fully opening this week and for playing to begin!

We can finally see her little eyes peeking through! She is getting bigger and stronger every day. Her scoot is slowly transforming into a crawl. Once those ears open (probably within the next week or so) she will be ready to play! Fun times are quickly approaching.

Miss two is weighing in at 2.2 pounds. She has definitely grown since our last picture with the Valentine's Day Bone!
