Mister 3 is 6 weeks old and full of personality. We always have one puppy who seems to think they are more "people" than "dog" and with this litter, Mister 3 has definitely taken that role. He plays with the litter wonderfully if they are his only option, but he would definitely prefer to be with the people. He follows the lead of whoever is around, whether that means joining in a game of tug of war over a toy or watching cartoons with the kids!

Mister 3 is turning into quite the little "people person." He loves people and is eager to greet everyone he comes into contact with. He does not like it when people acknowledge other puppies and leave him out... and he will be very vocal about his desire to be the star of the show. He has a lot of fun with toys, other puppies, and people.
We can see teeth breaking through the gums, which means food will be started in the next few days. We also intend to let them explore the puppy pool/hose this week. Pictures of the experience will follow soon! At 4 weeks old, this sweet boy is seeing, hearing, climbing, playing. and pouncing! He has found his voice and lets out lots of little barks when he needs or wants anything!
He is suddenly so full of life! He loves to be held and cuddled, enjoyed getting to explore the grassy yard, and never lets Lola walk by without acknowledging him first! This week we are looking forward to teeth emerging, experimenting with toys, playing with the humans in the house! Mister 3 seems to be getting cuter every day. Those big blue eyes melt my heart. He is an active little guy, starting to respond to sounds (which means those little ears are opening up) and is always cuddled up with someone. This week, we are looking forward to him beginning to play with the litter mates and for some personality characteristics to begin emerging.
This little boy woke up this morning and for the very first time, he was able to see the world he is leaving in. While they are still partially sealed, those baby blue eyes are gradually beginning to open up. With the eyes opening, he is becoming more confident in his movement and that notorious puppy scoot is resembling more and more of a normal crawl.
This week, we are looking forward the eyes opening all the way and for the ears to begin to open up as well. |
