6 Weeks Old

Another week has flown by! The puppies are 6 weeks old today and they continue to get cuter, sillier, and sweeter with each passing day.

It was another huge week of milestones for the puppies! Mouths are full of teeth and many have discovered the joy a good chew toy can provide. They were introduced to water, started the house training process and the crate training process.
They are still very young, so the house training takes a lot of effort on all of our parts, but they are eager to learn and off to a fantastic start! A couple puppies are already starting to whine when they need to go outside. That is AMAZING for being three days in and only 6 weeks old.

We had to wake up three times last night for potty breaks, but not a single puppy had an accident in the crate! So impressive!! Over the next few weeks, they will begin to hold it longer and the night time waking should come to an end.

We sure do these pups, all of them have such sweet personalities! And so far, we have found some amazing families! We can’t wait for their forever families to meet them. It won’t be long now…
